Stadler Völkel Attorneys at Law is on course for expansion, as the industry magazine JUVE recently reported in its latest edition of the JUVE Handbook of Austrian Commercial Law Firms 2020/21.
In May 2020 STADLER VÖLKEL established a new practice group for antitrust and competition law under the direction of Florian Prischl. With Florian Prischl, STADLER VÖLKEL also covers the areas of European law and distribution law, which are becoming increasingly important especially in times of cross-border distribution and trade structures.
Shortly afterwards, in August 2020, the firm strengthened its Corporate, Commercial and M&A practice group with Jeannette Gorzala, whose particular expertise lies in the banking, healthcare and TMT (technology, media and telecommunications) sectors. With the addition of Jeannette Gorzala as M&A lead, STAD-LER VÖLKEL is expanding its transaction advisory services and now has two experienced teams to support national and international clients throughout the entire M&A process.
