Business models have developed around the topic of influencer marketing, such as the business model of the Austrian start-up "Nano Influence". For companies, influencers and agencies, there are still many uncertainties, especially due to the lack of Supreme Court rulings in Austria and Germany. This rooftop.talk focused not only on the start-up "Nano Influence", but also on the perspectives of marketing agencies, legal advisors and companies when they aim at using influencers for marketing purposes in a legally compliant and risk-free manner.
