The desire for more flexibility in corporate law has existed for some time. Formerly under the working title "Austrian Limited", the introduction of the so-called "Flexible Kapitalgesellschaft" (FlexKap) is now probably imminent. This new form of corporation is intended to make setting up a business more attractive, especially for start-ups and innovative SMEs.
