On 16 June 2021, the latest legal commentary on the Gaming Act was published. It offers both legal scholars and practitioners a compact overview of the quite complicated legal matter of gaming law as well as selected issues of betting law and moreover focuses on the topic raffles and prize competitions.
Our founding partner Arthur Stadler and our research assistant Lukas Pachschwöll have contributed their expertise to this comprehensive work as co-authors on the topics of non-profit lotteries, advertising games of chance as well as raffles and prize competitions.
