STADLER VÖLKEL lawyers get female reinforcement - and that in a double pack: The two long-time employees, Mag.a Jacqueline Bichler (29) and Dr.in Alice An (27), were registered as lawyers on March 22, 2023.
Jacqueline has extensive expertise in the areas of e-commerce, IP / IT (especially trademark law, unfair competition law and copyright law), criminal law and criminal procedure law, as well as consumer law. She is also the author of numerous publications and a lecturer at the Werbeakademie Wien and the FH St. Pölten, among others.
Alice is one of the youngest lawyers in Austria and has specialized in the fields of civil law and civil procedure law, international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. In addition, she has already gained numerous international experiences in various European law firms and speaks more than four foreign languages.
The attorneys at STADLER VÖLKEL have supported Jacqueline and Alice on their way to becoming lawyers, and the joy is great that both now enrich the law firm as lawyers.
"We are proud to have these two talented female lawyers on board. We have been able to accompany Jacqueline and Alice from the very beginning of their careers. They have been very reliable and creative specialists on our team for a long time. Now comes the next important career step, and we are happy to fully support them in this," explain Arthur Stadler and Reinhard Schweng, partners of the law firm.
