For the 9^th time in a row, the annual e-commerce event series XBorder18 will once again take place in Zurich, on 29 August 2018 – Visitors can expect many exciting lectures on national and international aspects of e-commerce. Even though data protection-related topics dominate the year 2018, the XBorder18 will nonetheless increasingly pick up and discuss with other relevant topics and developments. A special focus this year is China – addressing the opportunities and challenges that arise in the Chinese market for foreign companies in the area of e-commerce.

Dr. Arthur Stadler and Swiss lawyer Marco Meier will give a lecture on "Influencer marketing in the EU and in China" – a field that is rapidly gaining in importance for online businesses in the face of ever-changing and increasingly personalized advertising policies.
