After some cases of national and international fraud scandals around the so-called "cryptocurrencies", the call for stricter regulation is becoming louder, while Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) are also moving more and more into the focus of the authorities (and politicians). Recently, politicians have called for certain ICOs to be brought closer to the capital market regime in the future.
